How does the process work?
1. Contact me!
Love our photography style and prices? Have any specific questions? Want to see if we are available for your day, or want to see availability before setting a date? Please feel free to give us a call (please leave a voicemail) or fill out the form below to set up a perfect time to chat!
2. All Booked.
Once we have our consult call and you would love to share your day with Rustic, we will send over an agreement to lock in your day and choice of our 4 packages! During the time before your wedding day, we will have multiple planning calls to set up a timeline and plan out any specifics for your day to make sure you are confident your day will be perfect with us!
3. The Big Day
Rustic will be here for every special moment! We will make the idea of being followed around like the paparazzi as easy and painless as possible, haha! All the whirlwind moments will be captured for you to relive over and over for many years to come.
4. Portrait Gallery
After your lovely day is over, I know the worst part is the agonizing wait for your gallery! Rustic will keep close contact with you to ensure a detailed timeline on your portrait delivery. Even a few sneak peaks at Rustic's favorite photos as they are being edited! Once every detail is finely edited, you will receive your very own online gallery or phone app to download and share!

FAQ
How long does it take to get our photos delivered?
This is solely dependent on which wedding package you choose and the season. But on average, our galleries take 6-8 weeks to deliver.
How far in advance should we book?
Typically, couples book about 13 months before their wedding date. But we always leave availability for those last minute wedding needs. Although most couples are patient and can wait a year, two or even more, we want our couples who can't stand to wait any longer have that ring on their finger!
What if we're having a destination wedding?
We travel for weddings too! Rustic absolutely loves to travel for weddings and would love to chat about your destination location and plans.
How many pictures will I receive?
You can expect about 80 to 100 images per hour of photographing. But keep in mind this estimate varies depending on your wedding package, number of guests, venue type, and other factors.
